Took the main house, barn garage underneath the property, and apartment underneath the property down to the studs due to the extensive water damage.
Worked with clients’ remaining furniture to create a new interior design plan changing from Modern Ranch to Texas Hill Country Ranch design
Repainted the exterior in a limewash that would work with the various structures located on the property
Converted the downstairs garage into a high-end garage/barn to house various animals on the property in case of severe weather
Created and executed a moving plan when the clients decided to relocate, including the relocation of farm equipment and animals, the disassembling of structures (bee barn and chicken condominium) and rebuilding of structures at the clients’ new property
