Bee Barn (2,852 sq ft)

  • Located salvaged materials for the build, incorporating old barn wood and corrugated metal

  • Scouted for a new location

  • Oversaw the building and execution of the oval structure

  • Worked with the crew to excavate and fill in a road to the new structure from the main house

  • Designed natural landscaping around the barn

  • Incorporated two salvaged rusted old vehicles, using trunks to plant cacti

  • Designed a large electric metal sign to go above the entrance of the structure

  • Hired an electrical team to run electricity to this area of the property

Chicken Coop (736 sq ft)

  • Designed a chicken coup condominium to house 27 chickens

  • Worked with the welder to disassemble the structure and reconstruct it at the Celina ranch

  • Oversaw the building and execution of the oval structure

  • Worked with the crew to excavate and fill in a road to the new structure from the main house

  • Designed a large electric metal sign to go above the entrance of the structure

  • Hired an electrical team to run electricity to this area of the property

Ranch Hand Barndominium (6,000 sqft)

  • Took the existing 500 sqft studio apartment down to the studs

  • Expanded the living quarters to 2,700 sqft that was originally part of the workshop barn to include a living room, laundry room, two bathrooms, kitchen, two bedrooms, office, and garage

  • Painted the barn to work with the ranch’s overall new look and color scheme

  • Designed every room of the newly renovated structure

  • Turned workshop into party barn to host large 400-500 person events

Guest House (1,952 sq ft)

Completed 2019-2021

  • Painted the house to work with the new look and color scheme of the overall ranch

  • Designed every room of the small house to be a comfortable guest house on the property

  • Cleaned out animal pens adjacent to the house for future bunkhouse project

  • Created an outdoor dining space

Main House (4,281 sqft)

  • Organized the move of all the clients’ furniture and belongings

  • During the move, pipes burst due to severe weather and destroyed much of the client's property. Worked closely with the insurance company to cover much of the renovation costs and replacement of the clients’ furniture and belongings

  • Took the main house, barn garage underneath the property, and apartment underneath the property down to the studs due to the extensive water damage.

  • Worked with clients’ remaining furniture to create a new interior design plan changing from Modern Ranch to Texas Hill Country Ranch design

  • Repainted the exterior in a limewash that would work with the various structures located on the property

  • Converted the downstairs garage into a high-end garage/barn to house various animals on the property in case of severe weather

  • Created and executed a moving plan when the clients decided to relocate, including the relocation of farm equipment and animals, the disassembling of structures (bee barn and chicken condominium) and rebuilding of structures at the clients’ new property
